Radio Girmit on Mobile

Want to listen to Radio Girmit on your iPhone ? Here are few steps to “Sync with the Sonett” (Girmit App by madhu)

Radio Girmit on iPhone:

Requirements:

• An original iPhone, iPhone 3G, or iPod Touch
• iPhone OS 2.0 or higher
• Data connection (WiFi, EDGE, or 3G)

Steps:

• Goto ‘App Store‘ in your iPhone
• Search for ‘Girmit‘
• Install the app
• An Icon will appear on your main screen on your iPhone
• Click on Radio
• Enjoy

Radio Girmit on BlackBerry:

Open the browser, paste the below given url.

http://216.155.130.9:8070

You will be presented with an Open/Save/Cancel screen. Select Open.
This will launch the media player and will start buffering and play.

To bookmark it, click on menu button, bookmark the media player and every time you want to listen, open the browser and select the bookmark.

Re-buffering problem – If there is problem with your cellular phone coverage, you might experience ocassional re-buffering problem. Give some time and it will set right itself. To prevent battery draining use external power as playing music drains the battery quickly.
