Whats Girmit?

Step by Step Guide to prepare delicious,mouth watering Girmit : *
- First cut onion & tomato into small pieces & keep them ready.
- In a vessel put water & add putani hittu & mix it well & keep it for 5 mins.
- Prepare oggarani (sasavi, jeergi, salt, rubbida hasi menasina kayi masala, arishina pudi) in a bowl.
- Add the mixture of step 2 into oggarani & stir it well.
- Take a big container & put required amt of churumuri.
- Then add the prepared masala ( step 4 ingredients) to the container, then add kadli hittu & mix it well.
- Put this mixture in a paper, then spread tomato pieces, onion pieces, sevu, shenga, kotambri on this mixture.
- Then place the bisi bisi mirchi on it & serve.
- The Girmit is ready…
